How Do I Go About Booking? Once you have chosen from our on line menus and selected what you desire simply send us an email/Fax or give us a call. On receiving this we will always confirm receipt of your booking. If you do not get any response please call our office on 01698 266555 to ensure your booking has been received. How Much Notice Do You Need? All orders for buffets must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your delivery and must be placed before 12 noon the day before. All orders for Canapes and all Hot Buffets must be placed 48 hours in advance to ensure we have everything in stock from our suppliers. Are You Able To Give Me An Exact Time For Delivery? Most of our clients ask for the same delivery time each day as it would not be possible to deliver everybody’s order at the same time. We operate on a delivery slots system, Monday to Friday you can choose to have your delivery before 7am before 8am before 9am before 10am before 11am before 12pm before 1pm before 2pm before 3pm before 4pm. Other arrangements for a Saturday or Sunday delivery can be arranged by calling the office. What Is Your Food Served On And Do You Supply Plates And Napkins etc? All our buffets come served on beautifully garnished high quality air tight  plastic platters, you can also have your food presented on stainless steel or ceramic platters at an additional charge. Check out our 'Extras' page for details. We can supply high quality paper plates, napkins cutlery and table covers just check our 'Extras' page for prices . Crockery, silverware and linen can also be supplied at an additional charge. Is There A Delivery Charge? A delivery charge will apply to all orders under £40.00. If your order is under £40.00 please quote your postcode when placing an order. A delivery, pickup, and wash up charge will apply when ceramic platters are provided. What If I Want To Cancel My Order? Cancellations do happen from time to time however, cancellations must be made by 12 noon the day before the delivery date. Any cancellations made after that time may incur a cancellation charge. How Can I Pay For My Order? We will accept all major credit cards or a cheque supported by the appropriate guarantee card or cash. An account can be set up for Corporate Clients and invoices will be sent to an agreed address and must be paid within 30 days. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate. For private clients a 20% deposit of the cost is required with your order and must be paid in full 5 days prior to delivery.
